Monthly Repayments

Monthly repayments calculations are based on the published interest rates available, the loan amount and a 30 year loan term. They do not take into account fees and charges. Some loans may have a special introductory rate which may revert to a higher rate during the loan term. Actual repayments may vary based on your individual circumstances and interest rate changes.

Lenders Mortgage Insurance

Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI) will generally apply if your Loan to Value Ratio (LVR) is over 80%. LMI values included where applicable in the report calculations are indicative only and based on a full doc loan. Actual LMI cost may vary greatly between lenders and higher costs may apply for low doc, investment or self employed loans. For low doc loans LMI may apply if the LVR is over 60%. Not all lenders allow LMI to be built into the loan. Your home loan professional can discuss LMI with you based on your circumstances.

Borrowing Capacity
